This established high street brand is looking for a dedicated, committed, reliable and professional Individual with experience in Sales Progression/Support in Estate Agency.Sales Progression and Support Responsibilities
- Be proactive in progressing the sale
- Problem solving
- Communicate with solicitors, buyers, sellers, agents in chain
- Identify potential issues in the sale process
- Negotiate survey results
- Manage completion process
- Issue Memorandum of Sales
- Issue completion invoices
- Communicate and support the vendor from point of instruction to completion
- Issue terms of business
- Issue and process ID / AML checks
- Order photography for Properties
- Produce template marketing details for each property and get approval from vendor
- Prepare valuations for the director
- Follow up vendors for previous valuations - win new instructions
- Register buyers and book in viewings for negotiators
- Negotiate offers
- Check funds / DIP / chain for offers
Qualities
- Be one of the 10% of people with a high attention to detail
- Ability to communicate and negotiate with all sorts of people in a proactive but friendly way
- Good level of experience of estate agency and much of the sales process
- Good level of experience of relating to people in a variety of settings and contexts
- Patient, positive, problem solver
- Live within easy commuting distance of SE6
Requirements
- 5 days a week - Monday to Friday
- 9am to 6pm (1 hour lunch)
- Office based
- Car / driving licence not necessary??????
Salary???????
- Basic £27,000.
- OTE £34,000
- Bonus: £150 per completed case
