We are recruiting on an exclusive new role with a Bangladesh based supplier who are looking to have initial confidential discussions with Senior Account Managers for Footwear based London ideally but must be in the UK with the right to work and in the UK and experience with UK accounts in fashion footwear to include high street and supermarkets you must be active and well connected.

A great opportunity has become available to join a global fashion supplier who work with the major high street fashion retailers in both the UK and Europe and are now looking for a Senior Account Manager with Footwear experience.

Due to the company's ongoing success, they are looking for an experienced.

Senior Sales/ Account Manager with a proven track record in Footwear Women’s, Men’s and Children’s with connections and experience working with major supermarkets and volume high street retailers. This really is an exciting time to be joining an established successful, global fashion supplier with contemporary offices and showroom, established head office and production in Dhaka Bangladesh who are looking to add new accounts to their current portfolio.

Have you the ability to drive and develop their existing customer base and develop new accounts?

  • Develop and maintain sales for major accounts with the supermarkets and high street retailers in UK and Europe.
  • Understanding key trends and having a commercial 'eye' for casual fashion footwear
  • Excellent understanding of margins and critical path management
  • Previous Account Management or Sales Management experience within a fashion supplier of footwear to value and mid-market this must be current or recent and you must be well connected and proactive and have the drive to develop new business
  • An established network of buyers within the supermarkets and high street volume retailers
  • Able to work under pressure within a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills to communicate with factories and buyers
  • Provide guidance and assistance to design teams to ensure product development aligns with internal strategy and customer strategy
  • In conjunction with the design team, present new products to customers
  • Able to negotiate prices in line with customer requirements and targets and agree on cost prices with customers
  • Must have experience working with Bangladesh
  • We are looking for an experienced Account Manager who understands Supermarkets and Volume Accounts
  • Dynamic, hands-on go-getter who can think on their feet and get results
