Senior Client Relationship Manager (Private Capital) - 12-Month FTCWe're working with an impressive magic circle law firm, who are looking for a Senior Client Relationship Manager to join the marketing department as part of a 12-month FTC, to support the well-renowned Private Capital team.The global Marketing, Business Development, and Communication team sets and achieves the firm's strategic business objectives. They manage key global client relationships through a structured approach, collaborating with Global Relationship Partners. This ensures long-term commitment, strong relationships, and new business opportunities, with close collaboration across central groups and local offices.The BD team you will be joining focuses on growing the firm's private capital business. One of their key tasks is managing relationships with global strategic private capital clients. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful growth of these relationships, overseeing key projects and initiatives within the Private Capital Group. As a key strategic priority, this role has a global remit, working with partners across the firm's global network.Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of client structure, operations, and strategic direction.
  • Building an understanding of how the firm can best position itself with these clients.
  • Identifying key strategic priorities and leading the development and implementation of relationship management plans.
  • Coordinating the firm's global CRM approach and strategy across assets and geographies, focusing on revenue growth.
  • Working with global relationship partners to implement retention and targeting initiatives, aiming to increase client revenue and profitability.
  • Managing the production of client-related business analysis, including strategy, structures, revenue, profitability, and market share.
  • Managing communication and information flow between key client relationship team members globally.
  • Championing Advanced Delivery & Solutions internally and with clients.
  • Developing a client listening approach and conducting client listening activities.
  • Meeting with clients regularly to improve relationships, identify opportunities, and enhance marketing efforts.

Experience Required:

  • Significant business development and marketing experience, preferably in professional or financial services (experience in a law firm is highly preferable), with a focus on business audience marketing and direct collaboration with senior management.
  • Previous private capital marketing experience is desirable
