Candidates should possess strong experience in pensions or investments, with a focus on user needs and regulatory knowledge.
The role offers a competitive salary of up to £90k, alongside benefits including 30 days of holiday, a 10% pension contribution, and up to a 25% bonus.
The position requires extensive Product Management experience, preferably in a SaaS environment, and involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize product value.
This fully remote role requires one in-person meeting per month in London and emphasizes a user-focused mindset and agile methodologies.

You will responsible for the vision, strategy, growth, roadmap, and performance of key digital journeys, products, services, and platforms. A Product Manager must have an in-depth knowledge of pensions or investments, including: the client need, regulation, commercials, competition and how to execute across multiple channels.Superb salary of up to £90k plus 30 days holiday, 10% pension and up to 25% bonus on offer.What you'll be doing

Taking ownership of an inwardly focussed product and play a lead role within a cross-functional team to optimise the commercial value it delivers.
Responsible for defining a vision, strategy and roadmap for the product - as well as the key performance indicators.
Working with internal and external experts to prototype new solutions, and organise and attend user research sessions with clients, non-clients and third-party companies.
Using performance and engagement data, and feedback loops, to uncover opportunities, and make well-informed decisions and recommendations.
Participating in agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint reviews or demos, refinement, and planning.

Actively lead the facilitation of all refinement activities using techniques such as customer journey mapping, story mapping, and clear, well-structured user stories and acceptance criteria for the squad.About you

A user-focused mind-set, able to think from the perspective of a user.
Competent vertical user story slicing using a variety of product and agile techniques.
Strong experience within pensions or investments.
Extensive Product Management experience working on internal and external products.
SaaS experience and tech savvy.
