About you:? We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead strategy and roadmap for our proprietary gateway. In this role, you will • Provide the product vision • Leverage your extensive experience defining the proposition based on customer wants and needs• Define the breadth and depth of the service to deliver the best revenue outcomes • Demonstrate leadership to key stakeholders involved in the development, operational management, marketing and sale of products.Day-to-day, you will:? • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle.• Deeply understand our users.• Translate the business strategy into the product strategy and own the product roadmap and ensure it is delivered by creating and executing on a compelling roadmap• Successfully deliver new products to the market, from ideation to operations working with key stakeholders across upstream and downstream areas to plan and deliver.• Bring passion for payments to everything you do.• Support the M & A process with input to assessment and analysis of new technology and approachesYour skills and experiences might also include:?? • Experience with online payments, deep understanding of the conversion, costs and risk trade-offs.• Demonstratable experience in a product management, with a proven track record building highly impactful products through the full end to end product management lifecycle aligning diverse stakeholders to achieve shared goals• Demonstrated experience partnering closely with engineers, designers, and internal partners to build products and complex systems at scale.• Ability to effectively communicate with and influence stakeholders.• Analytical mindset, proven experience working cross-functionally to turn data insights into strategic decisions.• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with significant autonomy and responsibility.• Strong business acumen and comfort with complex ecosystem and platform-level problemsWe're looking for people to join the Access family, who share our passion for believing in better, and who will help us continue to grow.??
