We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic bar assistant to work within our Spring London studio. The successful role holder is key in delivering high quality service to our clients and staff, as well as ensuring the function of the bar is maintained. The role requires working with both the internal staff an external client, running food orders, serving customers at the bar, and ad hoc events offsite.

The role is shift based, with agreed schedule with the manager. We expect this role to be 3 days per week minimum, with some additional cover required.

  • Has experience in a hospitality role, preferably bar work.
  • Has demonstrated excellence in customer service facing roles
  • Has experience working in a fast-paced environment e.g. hospitality
  • Experienced in cashing up procedures
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to all customers
  • Initiating ideas to help further improve the attendance of the bar/ restaurant space, and overall customer experience.
  • Fulfilling customer drink and food orders accurately and promptly
  • Deliver proficient services during drinks receptions, functions and events
  • Keeping the bar stocked by replacing products, as when required
  • Cleaning the bar and wiping down surfaces
  • Taking cash or card payments from customers
  • Prioritizing and actively demonstrating suitable food and hygiene practices
  • Be able to effectively collaborate with all stakeholders within the business, and external clients.
  • Be solution focused, problem solving issues effectively, and positively.
