Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to club members and their guests
- Prepare and serve drinks to the highest standards
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our drinks menu
- Ensure the bar area is kept clean and well-stocked at all times
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and floor teams
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for all club visitors
- Represent the prestigious standards of The Hurlingham Club in all interactions
Required Skills:
- Previous experience in a high-quality hospitality environment
- Excellent knowledge of drinks and cocktail preparation
- Strong customer service skills with attention to detail
- Well-presented with a professional manner
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible approach to working hours including evenings and weekends
- WSET certification advantageous but not essential
