As a Bartender you will ensure the smooth running of the bar ensuring that the guest using these areas are provided with the highest level of service and guest care, whilst maintaining tights controls of stocks and resources. Additionally, you will ensure that product quality standards are met and that optimum service is provided to guests according to Hotel policies, procedures and operating service standards.
