Prestigious property company who has a portfolio of commercial and residential properties across London and the South East have an immediate requirement for an Accounts Administrator to join the companies dynamic and hard working finance department. This is a permanent hybrid position offering a salary of £26,000 to £30,000 depending on experience.
You’ll work closely with the accounts team to support them while developing your own skills personally and professionally! This is a great role for a detailed orientated administrator looking to take on a new role with a well-established and friendly business where you’ll gain plenty of support for an encouraging line manager.

Your primary role will be day-to-day management & control of arrears. This role would perfectly suit someone who has worked in an administration role before. The ideal candidate will be able to manage an ever-changing workload by good prioritisation, use their initiative and be a methodical thinker.
The role and responsibilities of the Accounts Administrator:
- Respond to and resolve queries from landlords, tenants, branches, and internal departments.
- Manage payments, including deposit returns, contractor fees, rent, and credits, ensuring accuracy.
- Process terminations, import new deals, and verify fees and tenant account accuracy.
- Identify inconsistencies or red flags in transactions and take corrective action.
- Collaborate with the team on daily processes and approve bank details as needed.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience of the Accounts Administrator:
- Accurate IT skills and methodical approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Preferably previous experience in an administration, finance, or credit control position.
- Excellent organisational and prioritising ability
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel to perform required tasks
- Ability to process and organise workload quickly but accurately
