Key Responsibilities:
- Managing accounts payable and receivable.
- Processing invoices and expense claims.
- Assisting with month-end and year-end financial reporting.
- Maintaining accurate financial records and filing systems.
- Liaising with suppliers and clients to resolve any invoicing issues.
- Supporting the finance team with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Previous experience within a similar role is required.
- Must have experience with Xero accounting software.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
