Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing accounts payable and receivable.
  • Processing invoices and expense claims.
  • Assisting with month-end and year-end financial reporting.
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and filing systems.
  • Liaising with suppliers and clients to resolve any invoicing issues.
  • Supporting the finance team with ad-hoc administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within a similar role is required.
  • Must have experience with Xero accounting software.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
