Responsibilities:

  • Enter, cost, and pay supplier bills and staff expenses.
  • Raise subcontractor orders and assist with payments.
  • Manage the database of all suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Assist with other ad-hoc compliance exercises.
  • Support the team in any additional matters that arise.

Skillset Required:

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Training will be provided in our client's bespoke accounting software.
  • Experience in a finance role or a similar position.
