Description
- Using the Sage Intacct system to create purchase orders
- Weekly payment runs for due invoices and receipts
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Dealing with supplier queries and escalating where necessary
- Reconciling credit card expenses
- Ad hoc duties as and when required by the Financial Controller
Profile
A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience within AP
- Must have both English and Maths GCSE
- Excellent communication skills
- A keenness to learn and grow
- Organisational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate Excel skills
