Description
- Process supplier invoices, ensuring accurate coding and timely payment
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Manage supplier relationships and handle queries
- Prepare accounts payable reports and participate in month-end close procedures
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement
- Work collaboratively with the wider accounting and finance team
- Adhere to compliance requirements and maintain accurate records
- Participate in ad hoc projects as required
Profile
- Experience in an accounts payable role, preferably within the construction space
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
