My client is seeking an ambitious Accounts Payable Professional to join their dynamic team in their London Head Office. This role offers a fast-paced, collaborative culture that is both challenging and highly rewarding.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Processing invoices for all entities across the Group.
  • Managing relationships with suppliers.
  • Maintaining the purchase ledger and supporting the bookkeeping process.
  • Regular interaction with senior personnel including the Financial Controller and Chief Financial Officer.
  • Participating in and supporting budgeting, financial reporting, and the annual audit.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounts payable or a similar field.
  • Strong academic background.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a wider team.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the organisation.
  • Proactive approach and a constant drive for improvement in all aspects of work.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic, with a ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Ambitious and eager to continually develop skills, embracing ongoing change within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial high-growth business.
