Your New Role
They are seeking an experienced Credit Controller with retail experience to join their team in a fast-paced retail environment. The role will focus on managing customer accounts, ensuring timely payments, and reducing outstanding debts, as well as completing all accounts receivable functions. This is a hybrid role requiring three days a week in the office. The Finance team typically works in the office from Monday to Wednesday, with occasional Thursdays required, depending on business needs.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Proven experience in accounts receivable and credit control within a retail environment is a must.
- Strong understanding of credit control processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks, Sage, or SAP software.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to deliver a great Customer Experience (internally and externally).
