Our ClientThis Accounts Receivable Administrator position is with a prestigious university situated on a scenic campus in London. Recognized as a leading modern institution, the university is known for its outstanding research quality and impact.The RoleThis role is responsible for accurately recording student fee payments and university income across the financial systems and sales ledger, ensuring that all customer accounts remain precise and up to date. The role also involves engaging with students in person, virtually, and by phone to address inquiries and deliver excellent customer service.Main duties:
  • To administer daily and monthly accounts receivable transactions and reconciliations.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely recording of all fees and income in the university's finance system.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to students, colleagues, and other stakeholders interacting with the Finance Service.
  • Manage and maintain products on the university’s online store while responding to daily inquiries in the Online Store and Online Payments email accounts.
  The Successful Candidate
  • Experience in a financial operations environment, with the ability to analyse and understand accounting processes and financial reconciliations.
  • Experience working in the higher education sector.
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 suite.
