We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our finance team. This entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to start their career in accounting and finance. You will assist with various accounts receivable tasks, ensuring accurate and timely processing of cash allocations, reconciliations and other ad hoc duties.

Your new role

  • Dealing with client queries and allocating cash.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and communicate with clients to resolve any billing issues.
  • Record and reconcile incoming payments in the accounting system.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts receivable transactions.
  • Support the finance team.
  • Assist in generating regular reports on accounts receivable status.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients regarding their accounts.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
