Description
- Manage daily processing activities - ensuring that money shown as received on CRM systems agrees with actual monies received.
- Resolving any invoice discrepancies.
- Gift aid - along with the manager, put together and check gift aid claims. Answer internal gift aid queries..
- Control the 24 hour coding system - Working with the Customer Services team; release income batches as appropriate. Reconcile the batches outstanding to the income suspense account
- Maintain the income suspense account reconciliations
- Assisting the Accounting & Finance department with other tasks as required.
Profile
A successful Accounts Receivable Specialist should have:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
- Exceptional numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Offer
- An estimated hourly salary range of £17- £21.
