A leading global fashion company is currently looking for an experienced Cash Allocation Clerk to join its AR team on a 5 month contract to assist during a seasonal peak. Reporting into the Credit Control Team Leader, your duties will include:

Applying customer payments accurately
Dealing with high volumes of receipts
Keeping unallocated cash to a minimum
Adjusting and writing off transactions on a daily basis
Providing accurate reports
Inform relevant Credit Controller regarding customer payment discrepancies
Month end reconciliations

Skills/Experience required:

Experience of cash allocations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Methodical thinker
Good level of Excel (pivot tables ideally)
Experience of Oracle advantageous
