Hourly rate: £13.00 plus £1.57 holiday pay per hour
Working hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm

An exciting organisation in South West London is now looking for a temporary Finance Administrator to join their team! You’ll work closely with the existing finance team to process refunds, reconciliations, and post payments. This is a full-time, temporary hybrid position paying a competitive rate of £14.57 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay).

As the Finance Administrator you will be
- Processing refunds including calculating refund percentages.
- Allocating payments from remittance.
- Dealing with payment queries from customers.
- Processing payments via telephone and online.
- Reconciling accounts using multiple systems.
- Posting payments.
- Running finance reports.
As the successful Finance Administrator, you should have:
- 18 months experience as a finance administrator.
- Good Excel knowledge.
- Experience using multiple finance systems.
- Experience processing refunds and allocating payments from remittance.
- Ideally experience using Capita Paye or Integra.
In return, you will receive a competitive hourly rate of £13 per hour plus £1.57 holiday pay (or £14.57). The working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am until 5pm with an hour for lunch.
