Are you an experienced Media Biller looking for a temporary role in a fast-paced, creative environment? A small but dynamic creative agency is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support their finance team on a temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities:- Processing and reconciling media invoices
- Managing billing cycles and ensuring accurate client invoicing
- Liaising with media buyers and account teams to resolve discrepancies
- Supporting month-end processes and financial reporting
- Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance
- Previous experience in media billing or agency finance
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
