We are currently supporting one of our clients based in London, who are recruiting for an Accounts Payable Clerk on a temporary basis. This is a part-time vacancy which will ideally be office based, 3 days a week. To be successful, you will need to have experience in a similar position.
Typical duties include:
- Reconciling and allocating payments
- Ensuring any invoices are processed accurately and efficiently
- Investigating any discrepancies and supporting with any queries
- Managing a shared mailbox and action appropriately
- Ensuring any general administration duties are completed in a timely manner
- Assisting with any other ad-hoc tasks to support the finance function
You will have:
- AAT Qualification would be preferred
- Experience using accounting software (Ideally SAP S4Hana)
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
- Strong excel skillset and excellent attention to detail
