Berry Recruitment are seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk to manage invoices, process payments, and handle supplier inquiries with accuracy and efficiency based at a busy establishment in West London.

Salary: £25,000-£30,000 per annumHours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm)Type: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and verify invoices.
  • Manage supplier records and resolve payment issues.
  • Prepare payments and reconcile accounts payable transactions.
  • Assist with month-end/year-end processes and audits.
  • Support with bank reconciliations and journal entries.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in accounts payable, purchase ledger or finance.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
