Your new role
- Prepare and submit electronic bills to clients using various e-billing platforms.
- Ensure compliance with client billing guidelines and requirements.
- Monitor and resolve billing discrepancies and rejections.
- Collaborate with other business units to gather necessary billing information.
- Maintain accurate billing records and documentation.
- Assist with month-end closing and reporting activities.
- Provide support for ad-hoc billing projects and initiatives.
- Work-in-Progress (WIP) management and reporting.
- Liaise with Fee Earners and Partners to ensure accurate and timely billing.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in legal billing or e-billing within a law firm.
- Proficiency in e/billing software and platforms (e.g., Elite 3E, Aderant, etc.).
- Strong understanding of legal billing procedures and client guidelines.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
