Avanti is currently looking for a post doc Computational Biologist (protein design specialist with RFDiffusion experience) with demonstrable publication experience in the research field of protein design and vaccine sequencing.
Location, London (Camden area, hybrid)
Salary, £45k to £55k DOE and postdoc experience
More info on the technical aspects, interview process and ascertaining the correct level of technical ability for the Senior Computational Biologist role with our client are below;
- Good experience and knowledge, as well as passion around General Sequencing, Molecular Biology, and using RFDiffusion extensively as a library to create physical and molecular possibilities, with confirmation of stability.
- Manipulate 3D images of sequences of atoms.
- Use your expertise of scientific coding and modern libraries.
- Bio-chemistry background or computational biology background.
- Phd with post doc experience (4+ years total research experience).
- The interview process is likely to include a friendly "open whiteboard forum".
