A major UK multidisciplinary consultancy is seeking an Associate / Senior Associate to lead their growing Sustainability Team in London. About the Role
As an Associate / Senior Associate, you will lead the London Sustainability Team, bringing expertise and vision to the role. Working closely with the experienced directors, you will help grow the London MEP & Sustainability team from 10 to 40 members over the next 2-3 years. This position offers you the chance to build a legacy, develop your team, and work in an environment where decision-making is streamlined to focus on delivering exceptional work.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the London Sustainability Team and guiding project delivery across the commercial, residential, healthcare, and educational sectors
  • Building and maintaining client relationships, winning work, and ensuring high-quality delivery
  • Acting as a technical lead, driving innovation and best practices in sustainable design including:
    • Building Physics & Energy Modelling
    • Green Building Certifications
    • Whole Life Carbon & Embodied Carbon
  • Contributing to team growth and business development, with the potential to step into a Regional Lead role, overseeing sustainability teams across the South East as the business expands
