- Post legal costs on Practice Management software and office purchase ledger invoices to accounting software
- Assist with sales invoice preparation and administration, including verification of new bank payee details
- Prepare bank payments for authorisation and maintain client ledger/bank reconciliations
- Assist with compliance of SRA accounts rules by maintaining and reviewing client balances
- Provide back-up and holiday cover for other staff members as required
- Prepare time breakdowns for sending with sales invoices and allocate pre-paid income on a monthly basis
- Perform general administrative duties in the case management system and other ad hoc tasks as needed
- Business level English proficiency
- Significant experience in the areas listed in the responsibilities section
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
- Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities
- High computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
