We are seeking an Accounts Assistant who will provide crucial support to the Accounting & Finance department within the Real Estate industry. This London-based role involves managing the accounts payable process end to end within the corporate team.

Description

  • Manage day-to-day transactions including invoices and expenses
  • Perform bookkeeping tasks with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist in preparing financial reports
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations
  • Process payments in a timely manner
  • Support monthly CIS Reporting and submissions
  • Support the Accounting & Finance department in other tasks as required

Profile

  • Experience and knowledge of an accounts payable/ receivables function within a real estate environment.
  • Bank Reconciliation experience
  • Experience of Excel to an intermediate standard
  • Experience using Readsoft/ Great Plains/ Concur (Advantage)
  • Knowledge of Construction Industry Scheme (Advantage)
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Experience of using OCR invoicing system
  • Ability to think proactively and use initiative to contribute to the success of the team
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Problem solving skills
