We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to efficiently manage the accounts for a dynamic, friendly, and diverse clinic business based in Raynes Park. This full-time role offers a relaxed atmosphere and a chance to be part of a small, friendly team.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Aid in the preparation of year-end and quarterly accounts.
  • Submit quarterly VAT returns to HMRC.
  • Process office payroll and all reporting to HMRC.
  • Input all invoices into Sage and process payments.
  • Raise invoices for key clients and reconcile balance sheet accounts and bank statements.
  • Keep all ledgers, accounts, and filing up to date.
  • Handle general finance queries from staff or external shareholders.
  • Identify and mitigate any financial losses.
  • Manage all bank accounts and company credit cards.
  • Assist the CFO with various tasks including reviewing council reports and updating them.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Bookkeeper.
  • Highly competent with Sage 50 Accounts and Sage Payroll.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Permanent UK residency.
