Main Duties:
- Maintaining ledgers
- Handling accounts payable and receivable, reconciling invoices and statements.
- Managing bank transactions and reconciliations, preparing payment runs for authorisation
- Panel payroll, PAYE and pension payments
- Managing the Panel's Treasury function
- Completing tax forms
- Maintaining petty cash
- Preparing information for auditors
- Overseeing annual budget
- Liaising with pension providers, payroll bureau, insurance providers as necessary.
Skills and Qualifications:
AAT qualified accountant with a minimum of 3 years' experience and excellent knowledge of accounting principles.
