Bookkeeper
- Part time (4 days per week)
- Location: The City
- Salary: £45K FTE

The Main Duties:
Maintaining financial records, preparing tax returns, and overseeing the financial health of the company. Preparing financial statements for review by the company's accountant.
- Recording financial transactions
- Maintaining ledgers
- Handling accounts payable and receivable, reconciling invoices and statements.
- Managing bank transactions and reconciliations, preparing payment runs for authorisation
- Payroll, PAYE and pension payments
- Maintaining petty cash
- Preparing information for auditors
- Keeping an annual budget
- Liaising with pension providers, payroll bureau, insurance providers as necessary.
Essential Skills and Qualifications Essential:
- Minimum of 8+ years Bookkeeping experience
- With some experience gained in Financial Services or banking, ideally in the City
- Happy to work in a small organisation
- Good Excel skills: to include VLOOK UP and pivot tables
- Knowledge of accounting software ideally Quickbooks
- Experienced in liaising with auditors
- Happy to be office-based
