A prestigious charity based in Brockley is looking for a part-time bookkeeper on a temporary basis for 2-3 days per week, with the possibility of a permanent position.
The role involves responsibilities such as accounts receivable, preparing reconciliations, raising invoices, and general bookkeeping tasks.
Candidates should have strong accounts receivable experience and excellent communication skills, with familiarity in Xero accounting software being desirable.
The position requires applicants to have at least 2-3 years of relevant bookkeeping experience.

A prestigious charity based locally to Brockley is seeking a part time bookkeeper to join them on a temporary basis (2-3 days per week) for the next few months which could become permanent. You will be working in a small established team reporting to the CEO & Treasurer.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts receivable
Prepare income rent reconciliations, bank reconciliations.
Raise invoices, check rent on Xero.
General bookkeeping.
Payroll admin.

Key experience

Use of accounting software Xero (desirable)
Excellent communications skills
Strong accounts receivable experience.
