Account Director•    Annual Salary: £50,000-£60,000•    Location: London (Hybrid - office based 3 days a week)•    Job Type: Full-time

Currently partnered with a luxury marketing agency who are looking for an experienced and hands on Account Director to lead and manage client relationships, oversee marketing campaigns, and guide account teams to meet client objectives. This role is ideal for someone with a strong blend of creativity, analytical skills, and client-focused relationship management, aiming to deliver impactful results and foster client growth.

Day-to-day of the role:•    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring all weekly and monthly deliverables are met.•    Lead and manage weekly client meetings and ensure the smooth running of client activities on a day-to-day basis.•    Manage team priorities and timelines across all client requirements, ensuring tasks are clearly distributed and deadlines are met.•    Oversee strategic development and implementation of marketing strategies that support clients’ long-term business objectives.•    Ensure a fully integrated 360 approach to client marketing activities across all platforms to maximise brand visibility, awareness, and impact.•    Develop and plan client marketing budgets and lead the marketing team to ensure cross-functional connectivity and flawless execution.•    Provide clients with clear metrics of business success across a wide range of goals and support clients to connect all areas of their business.

Required Skills & Qualifications:•    Bachelor’s Degree with evidence of good academic performance.•    At least 8 years of marketing experience, preferably in the luxury goods and services industry.•    Advanced IT skills, especially across Microsoft Office and Google Slides.•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.•    Ability to work hard, provide effective team management, remain calm under pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
