We are delighted to be working with this leading professional services firm who have a culture that is collaborative, supportive and innovative. They are currently going through an exciting period of growth and part of this journey will include a brand refresh that will present the firm in a more creative way.

My client is seeking a skilled Brand & Marketing Designer to join their London-based marketing team on a fixed-term contract of 12 to 18 months. This position is crucial for the development and implementation of the brand strategy and design. The successful candidate will collaborate with senior stakeholders and the broader marketing team to shape the brand's visual identity, considering demographics, competitors, and market trends. The role requires a fusion of creative design and marketing principles to produce designs that are both visually attractive and strategically impactful.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials by implementing and maintaining brand guidelines.
  • Safeguard the firm's brand reputation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement strategies that boost brand visibility and awareness.
  • Create branded merchandise, design print materials, develop digital advertising assets and social media images to ensure a cohesive brand image.
  • Design user-friendly templates to help staff produce engaging documents that adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Provide strategic brand guidance and design support throughout the project.
  • Design easy-to-use templates to enable all staff to produce interesting and engaging documents aligned with brand guidelines without relying fully on marketing support.
  • Support with design to create visually engaging proposal documents that reflect the brand and facilitate winning new business.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in brand and design.
  • Creativity for unique, appealing designs.
  • Proficiency from concept to promotion.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships at all levels.
  • Experience in brand design, development, and ownership.
  • Strong communication and proofing skills.
  • Attention to detail and quality control.
  • Proven design experience in professional services or partnership structures.
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Express)
