You’ll be part of the Brand Ambassador team engaging with customers, showing off products and explaining why Shark’s mission to "transform everyday problems into products" means ingenious solutions that make lives better, every day. You’ll be a super-star seller and know how to make connections, fast.

If you're constantly checking out the latest cleaning hacks on TikTok, follow influencers like Mrs Hinch, Stacey Solomon or any of their homemaking-obsessed pals, love real time-saving innovative tech that makes adulting easier AND chatting with people, then you’re the perfect fit for this role.

• £110 per day + bonus!
• Friday - Sunday: 8 hours per day
• Fixed term until December 2024

WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO

SPREAD THE LOVE

• As the face of the brand, you'll capture consumers' attention with your infectious energy and enthusiasm, establishing meaningful connections and creating positive and memorable brand experiences.
• Deliver real, authentic, expertly crafted demonstrations of our home cleaning and floorcare products, ensuring customers gain a deep understanding and appreciation for the brand and its latest products.

PRODUCT EXPERTISE

• You’ll be an in-store cleaning and floorcare expert, mastering the entire product range to educate customers and showcase how the brand’s unique take on product development and "Improving People’s Lives, every day" ethos has created unbeatable products.
• You’ll stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge. Your brilliant product demonstrations will drive sales & hit upsell targets.

BRING THE BUZZ

• Shark Ninja is a dynamic brand that embraces authentic social influencers, cool content and energetic brand experiences. It’s very different from serious, stuffy old school home cleaning brands.
• We want you to bring the buzz to the store.
• You’ll champion BRILLIANT customer experience, create a fun and welcoming atmosphere during product demonstrations.
• You’ll know how to relate to people’s world and emphasise how Shark Ninja’s ingenious solutions are the one for them.

CREATE HANDS-ON ENGAGEMENT

• You’ll enhance product visibility and drive sales by creating an unmissable energy and warmth on stand.
• Your persuasion skills will get products in hand and create a high volume of product demonstrations.
• You’ll build strong connections with in-store teams to increase sales opportunities.

A CLEANINGHACK PRO

• Authenticity is vital. And at Shark Ninja, we believe that relating to your customer, offering advice on not only our product but "did you knows" and cleaning hacks that embrace the brand’s "making life easier, every day" mantra is a brilliant way to connect with consumers.
• You’ll keep up with the latest #cleaninghacks to share with passers-by to build rapport.

FEEDBACK LOOP

• You’ll be the eyes and ears on the ground, providing valuable insights and feedback to improve brand performance in store AND enhance how we market each product.
• Your input will be instrumental in refining our approach and ensuring continuous success - this is a partnership.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US

• Competitive Salary: £110 per day
• £15 daily bonus
