Brand Manager - 12 month FTCWe're proud to be working with an excellent international law firm, currently looking for a Brand Manager to join their impressive and renowned Marketing & Business Development team, as part of a 12-month contract.You'll be part of the central M&BD Team, who work with senior stakeholders firm-wide, to build the profile of the business, win new work, and continue growing strong client relationships. The RoleAs a Brand Manager in this contract, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Managing 'Brand Matters' workflow: Prioritise tasks, respond to stakeholders, meet deadlines, and manage expectations. Design materials (brochures, flyers, banners, PDFs) using InDesign, and oversee projects outsourced to agencies, ensuring high standards and effective cost/workflow management. Manage central design agency relationships.
  • Providing design direction: Guide colleagues and external agencies, manage training, develop templates for brochures, emails, and marketing materials, and improve website, internal communications, events, and marketing activities. Work with external agencies and IT to update Word and PPT templates.
  • Updatinging brand asset library: Regularly update and suggest improvements.
  • Develop brand guidelines: Maintain photo libraries and visual identity to align with brand positioning.
  • Coordinating printed materials: Work with colleagues and print suppliers to ensure high-quality printed materials (brochures, business cards, etc.).
  • Managing stationery updates: Oversee updates to letterhead, comp slips, envelopes, and business cards, including bespoke designs for non-Western characters.
  • Overseeing merchandise supply: Manage supply and workflow systems for firm's merchandise.

About YouTo be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Experience as a Brand Manager/Senior Design looking to manage
  • Proficiency in Adobe layout and design software, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Familiarity with web and digital platforms is a plus.
  • Experience working in a professional services firm
