The Advocate Group is proud to represent UK’s largest independent drinks distributor in their search for a Brand Manager to join their UK team on a newly acquired globally leading brand.

The Role:

We are looking for a Brand Manager to lead brand strategy and trade marketing execution in the UK. Here’s how:

  • Develop and implement brand strategy, ensuring strong market positioning across the on-trade and off-trade channels.
  • Work closely with sales team to drive brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Manage trade marketing initiatives, including promotions, activations, and merchandising.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brand owners, suppliers, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Track and analyse brand performance, identifying opportunities for growth and optimisation.
  • Manage budgets and brand compliance, ensuring all activities align with marketing objectives.
  • Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

About You:

  • Proven brand activation and trade marketing experience, preferably with premium brands.
  • Strong understanding of the UK drinks market, particularly the on-trade channel but off-trade experience is also preferrable.
  • Commercially driven, with excellent analytical and project management skills.
  • Passionate about the drinks industry and bringing brands to life.
