Harris Hill has a great opportunity for a Head of Marketing and Brand, to support a social welfare charity in London.

 

This role is a 6 month contract, starting ASAP on a hybrid basis. Permanent recruitment will start in 2025, so is covering the gap.

 

Full time 37.5hrs per week

Hybrid, contracted to our central office in London

The Head of Marketing and Brand will be responsible for the charity's brand and fundraising marketing. You'll work closely with the Deputy Director of Marcomms, to drive brand awareness. You will manage the marketing and brand team, covering a full range of marketing activity including, advertising, media buying, design and creative, and marketing collateral.

 

Knowledge and experience:

 

Track record of developing and delivering marketing strategies in a commercial and/or not for profit environment.

Track record of delivering impactful marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes.

Experience of developing and delivering a coherent brand strategy in a diverse organisation.

Experience of developing a low profile / challenger brand in a crowded market place to deliver measurable impact.

Experience of leading, managing and developing teams and supporting professional development.

Experience of commissioning and working with freelancers, agencies and suppliers to support the development and delivery of specific campaigns.

A track record of managing budgets and allocating resources effectively and efficiently to deliver objectives.

Excellent time management skills and an ability to manage multiple projects and issues to deadline
