Campaign Project Manager

£300 - £350 a day via umbrella

London (Hybrid, 2-3 days a week in the office)

Our client, a well known technology and retail brand, are seeking a dynamic and highly organised Campaign Producer to work at the heart of their Web Store operations, driving engaging promotions and campaigns.

In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with design, editorial, video, marketing, and production teams to ensure timely, high-quality project execution. You'll map out campaigns from concept to completion, track deliverables, and provide regular updates to global teams and leadership.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading cross-functional teams, managing complex projects with tight deadlines, and an in-depth understanding of Web Stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with multiple teams to coordinate and deliver Online Store promotions and campaigns
  • Create and manage project plans, outlining dependencies, timelines, and launch schedules
  • Provide regular updates to global teams and leadership
  • Ensure on-time project completion to the highest standards
  • Manage cross-team communication, understanding technical instructions and their broader impact
  • Lead projects involving multiple countries, time zones, and dependencies
  • Handle high-pressure situations with professionalism, driving deadlines without panic

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional campaigns from ideation to launch
  • Experience in a large, complex environment
  • Ability to manage complex projects and adapt to changes while meeting tight deadlines
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with diverse teams
  • Experience in managing large campaigns and creating detailed project plans
  • Familiarity with design concepts, terminology, and the creative agency environment
  • Passion for technology and a deep understanding of the Web Stores
