A leading global Advertising agency are looking for a mid level Project Manager to join the growing localisation team.

You'll be managing localisation projects for various channels including Digital, Social, TV and print, working across campaigns for major global brands.

Key Responsibilities

The PM will collaborate with a number of global clients on various localisation projects. Their primary duties will include:

  • Project Oversight: Overseeing daily operations of assigned projects, including tracking production progress, managing approvals, and ensuring final deliveries.
  • Client Communication: Acting as the primary point of contact for client communication on a day-to-day basis.
  • Brief Analysis: Receiving and analysing briefs from Account Managers and Account Directors.
  • Media Plan Review: Reviewing and interpreting media plans accompanying the briefs.
  • Resource Planning: Allocating resources effectively to meet project requirements.
  • Team Briefing: Coordinating with the Transcreation and Studio teams to align on project deliverables.
  • Project Tracking: Monitoring time management and managing scope changes.
  • Timesheet Management: Keeping personal timesheets consistently updated.

Skills

The candidate should possess:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with Monday.com is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrable experience of working on localisation projects.

This role is based in central London, candidates will be required to work 3 days on site in the office and 2 days wfh.
