Our client is an award winning global Technology organisation, is now seeking a Marketing Operations Lead, a critical role in supporting and driving their UK Marketing team to successful and efficient campaign execution. This is a 12 Month contract with potential to extend, Hybrid working.
Responsibilities
- Tracking the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns, overseeing all Marketing policies and procedures, both internal and with external agencies
- Ensuring budget owners are on track with forecasted spend, working with finance to ensure compliance
- Managing the backend of marketing campaigns, from tracking progress, to coordinating the building and testing teams through to execution and analysis.
- Responsible for coordinating and running the Marketing Quarterly Reviews (QBR) and delivering to senior stakeholders.
Skills and qualifications
- 2 years+ experience in a Studio Manager, Project Manager or Operations Manager role
- Agency or corporate background.
- Ability to strategically maintain financial/budgetary information.
- Knowledge of business productivity software and an aptitude for learning new applications e.g. SQL, Tableau.
