Role overview:As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in expanding the company’s reach within the mid-market sector by identifying, prospecting, and qualifying potential B2B clients. This role is critical to driving growth, as you’ll contribute to building a robust sales pipeline and fostering relationships with target accounts. You will be expected to set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives/senior leaders and prepare weekly reports to track your progress and identify opportunities for improvement. Identifying the needs of prospects, and suggesting appropriate products or services add-ons, you will, in cooperation with the Demand-Gen Marketing team, provide feedback and help identify best practices for refining the company's lead-generation playbook.? What you’re good at:
- 1+ years of sales experience, ideally in B2B/SaaS, with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
- Strong communication skills, both via phone and email
- Fast-thinker, fast-executer, self-motivated and results-orientated
- Proficient in CRM and marketing automation tools
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and independent
