What We're Looking For:

  • Recruitment or Sales Experience: Ideally you would be an ex-recruiter who has had a big focus on Business Development, or some sales experience.
  • Strong communication, active listening, and a natural ability to build rapport.
  • Energy and Passion: Enthusiasm for what you're selling is a huge requirement so high levels of energy and passion are needed.
