My client is a leading global advertising, marketing, and corporate communications agency.
They provide services to over 5,000 clients across 100 countries.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Biddable specialist that has experience in Amazon Campaign Management to join the agency's specialist eCommerce advisory service.
Understanding consumer audience and behaviour, while providing your clients with an end-to-end view of full ecommerce value and identify insights that improve digital availability.
The Job
As the Senior Amazon Activation Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Ensure Campaign Quality & Client Satisfaction: Own the output quality of the team to meet client expectations on campaign management and performance.
- Optimize Team Workflow: Streamline team processes, identifying ways to improve efficiency and performance.
- Strategic Planning & Forecasting: Lead digital channel planning and allocation (across Display, Video, Social, etc.) with clear rationale, aligning with client goals.
- Client Relationships & Growth: Build strong relationships with senior clients, providing advice, educational support, and driving account growth through long-term plans and reviews.
- Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and manage campaign executives, while fostering partnerships with key media and tech vendors to enhance client offerings.
You
For the role of Senior Amazon Activation Manager, this agency are looking for this person to have the following skills and experience:
- 3+ years of experience in programmatic, display, video, social, or digital planning, with expertise in Amazon DSP/Sponsored Ads.
- Proven passion for digital media, advertising, and technology.
- Strong communication and people skills, with excellent client service focus.
- Previous management experience and ability to multitask with attention to detail.
- Technical and analytical mindset, with a collaborative team-oriented approach.
