£49,000 + 10% Bonus.

The company offers a wide range of services to organizations across various industries, helping them attract, retain, and develop talent. It operates primarily in the areas of recruitment, employee engagement, outplacement, and learning and development.

The Job

You'll be part of the Performance Media team, which focuses on managing ad campaigns for clients across a variety of platforms, including Google and LinkedIn.

You'll take charge of campaigns running through paid search and paid social, overseeing everything from planning to implementation and optimization. With multiple campaigns running simultaneously, you'll need to be comfortable handling different workstreams at once.

You

Several years experience in launching and managing paid media campaigns across search platforms (Google, Bing) and social channels (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), with a minimum of three years working in a digital agency.

Strong technical expertise in tracking setup, quality assurance, and troubleshooting.

Strategic thinker with the ability to design and implement paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely present complex data and performance metrics to senior stakeholders and clients.

Committed to continuous learning, staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and changes within the digital marketing landscape.
