Job Title: Assistant Building Manager (FTC 6 MONTHS)
Location: London

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Building Manager and TSM in the efficient operation of the building management office.
  • Ensure excellent customer service is delivered to tenants, contractors, and visitors.
  • Assist in contractor management, including scheduling, oversight, and performance evaluation.
  • Lead administrative duties, ensuring all documentation is maintained accurately and up to date.
  • Assist in budget preparation and monitoring expenses to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Liaise with tenants to address any queries or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support overall building operations and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role ideally within commercial or retail property management.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong contractor management experience and the ability to coordinate multiple projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
  • Solid understanding of health and safety regulations related to property management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
