The role: Estate Operative Location: Central London Salary: £32,000 - £34,000Hours: 45 per week, 4 days on 2 days off, 7am-4pm / 2pm - 10pmThis is your chance to join one of the capital's most prestigious and exciting new residential developments. With world-class facilities and a strong focus on personalised service, this role is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating a five-star environment.As an Estate Operative, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and welcoming appearance of communal and outdoor areas. You'll support daily operations, respond to resident requests, and ensure the environment always reflects the highest standards.Key Responsibilities:* Clean and maintain front-of-house, back-of-house, and outdoor areas* Support residents with housekeeping-related requests and deliver prompt, thoughtful service* Assist in the management of waste, recycling, and bin stores* Help prepare the building for move-ins and move-outs* Report and follow up on any maintenance or safety issues* Adhere to all health, safety, and building regulations* Support handovers and work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service* Take ownership of designated zones and uphold visual standardsWe're looking for someone who is committed to excellence, detail-focused, and naturally service-driven.
