Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and clients with a friendly, professional approach, ensuring they feel welcomed.
Answer phones, respond to emails, and handle general inquiries efficiently.
Coordinate meeting room bookings, manage studio schedules, and support event coordination.
Assist with office supplies, stock management, and liaising with contractors for studio maintenance.
Support the wider team with administrative tasks and contribute to maintaining an organised studio environment.
Ideal Candidate:
1+ years of experience in a front of house or receptionist role, ideally within a creative or professional environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation.
Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and general office management software.
A friendly, approachable, and reliable team player.
