House Warden
Ongoing Contract Position
Location : London SE11
Pay : 13.15/Per Hour
Hours : 42 hours/ 6 to 6

We are actively searching for a House Warden for a leading facility management company.
Due to the nature of the contract requirements, you will also be required to go through a high level of security clearance and offer of employment is dependent upon your clearance.

Duties & Responsibilities will include but not limited to: -

  • Good communication, customer service & IT skills
  • Checking passes & arranging escorts for the visitors
  • Maintaining Sign in & out records at all ties
  • Reporting any faults or damage on rooms becoming vacant
  • Comply with all health & safety requirements and the relevant paperwork
  • Responsible to monitor residents comply with client rules
  • To check & report any building faults
