Our Client are looking for an experienced Maintenance/Estate Operative to join their team at a luxury residential estate based in SW15.

Working Monday to Friday with the hours of 7am - 4pm.

Salary is £32,500 annually.

Estate of 8 residential blocks with 150 privately owned flats.

25 days leave plus bank holidays, pension contribution, sick pay and overtime opportunities.

Duties include:

  • Reporting to the Association's Maintenance Manager who will allocate a varied range of work tasks daily.
  • Participate in the team collection of household rubbish and re-cycling from the flats each day.
  • Repairing sash windows and doors
  • Repairs od sash cord windows and flat front doors.
  • Other carpentry and small masonry repairs.
  • Ensure that appropriate Fire Safety and Security standards are enforced.
  • Provide access and assistance to contractors.
  • Provide advice and assistance to residents when appropriate.
  • Participate in the management of the resident's car park.
  • Assist in the logistical preparation for special events such as the Summer and Christmas Parties.

Skills and experience required:

  • Must have experience of repairing sash windows and doors.
  • Carpentry skills required.
  • Must have a flexible approach to work and be able to work effectively in a small friendly team environment.
